You are
invited to a seafood lover's guide of Port
Lincoln's leading multi-species fish
processing factory. See how local fish are
filleted and packaged for sale. You
may get the chance to see experienced staff
opening oysters or scallops (if in season)
and learn how to fillet the famous King
George whiting. Tours include a variety of tantalizing
smoked fish and delicious marinated
calamari, octopus and soused scallops.
Factory direct sales of fresh and frozen
seafood are available. |

TRIPLE BAY -
AQUACULTURE CRUISE
This sea-based activity will give you an insight
into the aquaculture industry including a
sightseeing tour of beautiful Boston Bay, an
area of water three times the size of Sydney
Harbour. You will learn
about the tuna industry and frequently see the
fish being fed. If you are there on the right
day you may even see the tuna being harvesting
for the international market. |

During the cruise you are almost certain to see
seals lazing on the rocks or frolicking in the
beautiful waters.
Conclude your tour with a mouth-watering taste
of sashimi tuna served at The Marina Hotel while
you relax on the boardwalk.

MARINA BOAT CRUISES
Cruise the
spectacular waterways of Lincoln Cove and
Lincoln Lakes on board the electrically powered
“Tesla” (a 7.3m fantail launch). The boat
builder may be your skipper/guide for the tour.
Discover Australia’s largest commercial fishing
fleet, and our millionaire’s playground.
Hear about the history and future of the Lincoln
Cove Marina as well as a brief overview of Port
Lincoln’s various fishing industries.
You will learn how to distinguish between the
various fishing vessels moored in the marina.
Twilight and Sunset Cruises are also available.
