Peter ‘Pedro’ Martin has been fishing
the waters around Elliston for over thirty years, filling his holding tanks each year
with his catch.
When you visit Pedro you will see large, live crayfish in his holding tanks, with the opportunity to hand pick your own fresh crayfish.
While you explore the rugged coastline, Pedro will cook it up for you, to enjoy on one of the stunning local beaches.
